Your Profile

  • Native or high level of Dutch and a good level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or an outsourcing environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and the full sales pipeline.
  • Ability to work with a value-based sales approach in a dynamic environment.
  • Interest or experience in marketing is highly valued.
  • Strong organisational skills, self-discipline, and motivation to achieve targets.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Your Responsibilities

  • Reach out to former customers and encourage them to reactivate their business activity.
  • Manage your own portfolio of accounts and build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Create and follow a clear action plan to grow your portfolio and increase client investment.
  • Identify new business opportunities with B2B clients in the marketing sector.
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and online meetings.
  • Understand each client’s business goals and provide tailored recommendations to support their success.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your clients and deliver the right solutions when needed.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets and other key performance indicators.
