We are currently hiring Danish-speaking Customer Support professionals to join Bosch Service Solutions in Barcelona, working on two different international projects (campaigns) within a global and dynamic environment.

Location & Work Model
- Barcelona (Spain) – international hub
- Hybrid model: up to 5 days/month in the office, the rest remote
- Open to candidates already based in Spain (Barcelona preferred)
Available Projects (Danish Market)
- eBike Technical Support (Bosch eBike Systems): Support bike dealers and end users with technical queries related to electric bicycles, software, and components. Ideal for candidates interested in technology, sustainability, and mobility.
- Automotive / Leasing Back Office & Customer Support: Handle customer requests, contracts, billing, and data processing tasks for an automotive-related project. Perfect for candidates who enjoy structured environments, multitasking, and process-driven roles.
REQUERIMENTS
What we are looking for:
- Native or C2 level of Danish
- Minimum B2 level of English
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- Interest in technology, automotive, or mobility sectors
- Ability to work with multiple systems and learn quickly
- Previous experience is a plus, but not mandatory for all roles
