You’ll be based at the company’s Lisbon operations hub, assisting Dutch-speaking clients who use leasing services
for business vehicles. Your job will be to answer questions via phone or email, schedule service appointments,
and provide support with tasks like fuel cards or documentation.
No previous experience is required — you’ll receive intensive training during your first week.
The atmosphere is international, youthful, and highly collaborative.
- Responding to inquiries about vehicle use (maintenance, repairs, etc.)
- Scheduling appointments via phone or email
- Assisting with fuel card or document requests
- Suggesting service improvements based on common customer issues
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday on rotating shifts between
07:00 and 17:00 (40 hours/week).

- Dutch fluency (C2) and good English skills (minimum B2)
