Your role
As a Technical Support & Customer Advisor, you will be the voice of Xiaomi for Dutch-speaking
customers. You’ll handle questions, requests, and technical issues, while delivering a smooth and friendly
support experience across multiple channels.
Your responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, chats, messages, and emails with a customer-first mindset.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Build trust through open, honest, and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, complete information using the right tools and internal resources.
- Meet personal and team targets for service quality and case handling.
- Keep clear and accurate records of interactions and related account processes.
- Follow company communication guidelines and policies consistently.
Your profile
- Dutch at native or near-native level; English at a good working level.
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
- Comfortable adapting to different customer personalities and situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours
- Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 (full-time, 8 hours/day).
- Flexibility is required regarding production hours and working days.

Work model & requirements

Training
- 2-week in-house training program, followed by a nesting period.
