Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers of Proximus, handling their questions, technical issues, and complaints by phone.
  • Provide clear, accurate solutions related to a wide range of topics — from login problems to technical issues with WiFi, TV connections, or remote controls.
  • Translate the brand’s image and values through every customer interaction.
  • Close each call with a positive attitude and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

  • Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written); good command of English is a plus.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Empathetic, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Comfortable explaining technical information in a clear and patient manner.
  • Commercial mindset — you enjoy recommending additional services or upgrades.
  • Tech-savvy or interested in technology (no experience required, but it’s a plus).
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
