Odido is a large telecom provider in the Netherlands that offers internet, mobile and TV. As Tech Support employee you will join the friendly Odido Tech team in Valencia. You start with a paid training of five weeks, so you are well prepared. Then you will help customers with technical questions about their wifi, TV connection or mobile coverage. You listen, think with them and guide customers step by step to a solution. All with sunshine and nice colleagues around you. 🌞
