🔎 What we’re looking for:

Native or near-native Swedish speaker with fluent English (spoken & written)

🧠 What you’ll be doing:

As a Swedish-speaking Safer Gambling Analyst, you’ll help protect our players and business. Your role involves direct contact with players and ongoing analysis to ensure the safest gaming environment possible:

Analyse risk reports and identify signs of harmful behaviour
Contact at-risk players by phone or email and support them through internal procedures (e.g. self-exclusion, account reviews)
Review flagged registrations and self-exclusions
Maintain and assess follow-up reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Escalate complex cases with recommendations to senior management
Suggest improvements to safer gambling processes
Collaborate with management to promote responsible gaming awareness and provide training as needed
