Your new position
As a customer service agent at Proximus, you will help new and potential customers. After intensive training, you know exactly how to speak to customers in the right way. You take into account all norms and values of the various customers and know exactly how to handle this! You will deal with various complex questions such as not being able to log into accounts, wifi problems or GPS signals that no longer work and help the customer in the right way. You will do all this in an experienced and professional team. In addition, together with your colleagues you will do your best to achieve all goals within your campaign. For this position you can work between 30 and 40 hours per week.

You will be working in Sofia, a historic and modern city. Sofia is known for its beautiful architecture and vibrant culture. In your free time, you can enjoy performances at the Ivan Vazov National Theater or explore the nature surrounding the Bulgarian capital.
