Your position as an HR and payroll employee
As an HR and payroll clerk, you will be responsible for supporting clients and app users via email, chat and phone. You will ensure that contracts are in order, new employees are guided through the onboarding process and that administrative tasks such as work permits and time sheets are handled properly. In addition, you’ll provide payroll support and make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also help improve processes by processing feedback and addressing issues.
