Your tasks in this role

As a Sales Representative Specialist in our team, you will:
- Achieve and implement sales quotas and targets
- Identify and qualify prospects and decision-makers in the target companies
- Focus on profitability through proactive management
- Track, manage and report sales activities related to the sales pipeline
- Review customer satisfaction levels and escalates issues as required
- Feed customer feedback back to the appropriate parties to pursue potential business opportunities
- Respond to and resolve incoming customer or partner enquiries in a timely manner
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure these are technically and commercially sound
- Make outbound calls to existing customers when required
- Use advanced sales techniques to contact new prospects, perform profiling, cross-selling and upselling, and ultimately achieve a deal on the phone
- Create a continuous sales funnel

In this role, we offer you benefits that support your unique way of life:
- Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Base salary of €22,500 per year + up to €6,000 in bonuses per year
- Client incentives: Up to €10,000 – €12,000 per year (depending on individual performance)
