As a customer advisor, you are the first point of contact for customers with their questions and concerns. Your job? To provide customers with an efficient, timely and personal service and to deal with customers’ questions and concerns in a targeted manner. Whether by phone or email, you are equally proficient in German and English and always have the right answer up your sleeve. What do you get?
- A base salary (depending on the duration of your employment) between €7.48 and €8.21 per hour.
- Your training in the first month is paid at €5.50 per hour.
- You get a relocation package of up to €2,000 (paid with your first salary).
- You get a performance bonus of up to €2,500 per year.
- A language allowance of €3,000 per year.
What else is needed?
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Flexibility, as you will be working in shifts (Mon to Sun 08:00-19:00).
- You already have experience in customer service.
- You already live in Malta.
- You are available for at least 12 months.
- You are at least 18 years old.
