As a Norwegian Technical Support Specialist for Google Playstore, your main responsibilities will be to assist Android users via inbound channels such as phone, chat and email. You will assist with:
- Downloading and installing apps.
- Resolving issues with account settings.
- Troubleshooting payment-related issues.
- Handling refund requests and subscription management.
You will be working in a collaborative team that values customer satisfaction while developing your technical skills with some of the most advanced tools on the market. This position focuses on providing level 1 technical support, with 60% dedicated to customer service and 40% to technical troubleshooting. You will become an expert in handling inquiries related to:
- Apps and transactions.
- Payment profiles and gift cards.
- Subscription issues.
What does a normal working day look like?
Your daily routine will involve assisting users in a fast-paced environment. Your working day will typically revolve around:
- Answering incoming calls and chats from Norwegian-speaking customers.
- Investigating and resolving issues related to Google Playstore, such as installation issues, refunds and payment issues.
- Guiding customers through technical solutions to ensure a smooth experience while using the Playstore platform.
- Multitasking between different systems and tools to quickly resolve customer issues.
- You will work shifts between Monday and Sunday, from 08:00 to 22:00, providing comprehensive support with a focus on high customer satisfaction.
