We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Payment Specialist to join our team and support our client’s Spanish market operations. This remote position involves managing daily operational issues related to payment methods, resolving customer queries, and ensuring timely processing of payments and refunds. You will interact with payment partners and provide key support for Sales, Sales Support, and Order Management teams. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, information-sensitive environment.
What is your daily life like?
As a Payment Specialist, your daily tasks will include:
- Managing and resolving customer queries related to payments, refunds, VAT changes, and invoices.
- Liaising with payment partners to ensure accurate and timely processing of various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
- Providing support for sales and finance teams on operational issues and escalations.
- Handling back-office tasks with a low incidence of outbound calls.
- Utilizing MS Excel and SAP (preferred) to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Participating in a comprehensive training program that includes product knowledge, customer management, and on-the-job training.

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
