What you’ll do in this role

As part of our sales organization, you’ll work with a customer segment where you can really make a difference: small and medium-sized businesses. This position requires a combination of technical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

As a Solutions Specialist on our team you will:

  • Maximize Upsell and cross-sell opportunities by working with the Sales Agent and Partner Connection Manager.
  • Present value propositions and differentiators of Cloud solutions that align with customer business goals and IT initiatives.
  • Provide technical product overview and insights relevant to customer needs and usage scenarios.
  • Enhance technical knowledge by delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
  • Review and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as needed, providing clients with an accurate estimate of the expected cost of new services sought.
  • Demonstrate aspects of the technical and business solution to customers via Teams.
  • Conduct group and individual training sessions within the center on topics you specialize in.

 

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a perfect fit for you if you:

  • Proficient or bilingual in Flemish and fluent in English.
  • Have 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development.
  • Have at least a Fundamentals certification.
  • Have broad knowledge and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architectures for productivity and communications solutions.
  • Understand how cloud deployment and adoption planning work.
  • Have experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and technology management.
  • Understand and be enthusiastic about cloud computing technologies, business drivers and emerging computing trends.
  • Have a proven track record of outstanding performance and goal achievement.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills to succeed in a customer-facing role.
  • Are driven, work well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment.

 

It is a plus if you:

  • Have an L200 certification.
  • Can demonstrate knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy and compliance and how these factors affect cloud and hybrid solutions.
