What you will do in this role:

As part of our sales organization, you will work with a customer segment where you can really make a difference: small and medium-sized businesses. The position requires a combination of technical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. An important part of the role is to promote customer contact so that account portfolio goals are met.

As a Solution Specialist on our team, you will:

  • Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Agent and Partner Connection Manager.
  • Present value propositions of Cloud solutions and clarify the distinction, aligned with the customer’s business objectives and IT initiatives, based on your expertise in solution-based sales techniques and selling Cloud-based solutions.
  • Provide technical product overviews and insights relevant to customer needs and usage scenarios.
  • Enhance technical knowledge by providing innovative ideas that accelerate customer success in the cloud.
  • Review and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations, providing the client with an accurate estimate of the expected cost of new services.
  • Demonstrate technical and business aspects of the solution to customers through Teams.
  • Conduct group and individual training sessions within the center on your area of expertise.

Your qualifications:

Concentrix is the perfect match for you if you:

  • Fluent in Dutch and also have a good command of English.
  • Have 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development.
  • Possess a minimum certification in fundamentals.
  • Have a broad knowledge and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communication solutions.
  • Have an understanding of cloud implementation and adoption planning.
  • Have experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communication solutions, migrations and technology management.
  • Have a passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers and emerging computing trends.
  • Have a proven track record of outstanding performance and goal achievement.
  • Have exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to be successful in a customer-facing role.
  • Be success-oriented, work well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment.

It is a plus if you:

  • Possess an L200 certification.
  • Can demonstrate knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy and compliance, and how these factors play into cloud and hybrid solutions.
