What you will do in this role

As a Solution Specialist in our team, you will:
- Secure new customer deals by maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities through collaboration
- Provide technical product review and insights customized to customer needs and usage scenarios
- Increase technical understanding by delivering innovative ideas that accelerate customer success in the cloud
- Review and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as needed
- Demonstrate aspects of the technical and business solution to customers via Teams
- Be the primary technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team with potential customers
- Conduct group and individual trainings at the center in your area of expertise
- Constantly research and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in cloud features and pricing from both Microsoft and competitors
Your qualifications

Concentrix is the right match if you:
- Are fluent in Danish and have good English skills
- Have a bachelor’s degree
- Have 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development
- Have at least a Fundamentals certification at the start of the role, L200 certification preferred
- Broad knowledge and ability to explain key user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communication solutions
- Proven knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy and compliance and how they integrate into cloud and hybrid solutions (preferred)
- Understands cloud adoption implementation and planning
- Experience designing, migrating and managing cloud-based productivity and collaboration solutions
- Have a proven track record of outstanding performance and goal achievement
- Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written – to succeed in a customer-facing role
It is an advantage if you also have:
- Experience from a technical sales or presales role
- Experience in one of these areas: computer science, math or engineering
- A master’s degree with a major or minor in computer science, mathematics or engineering

- Salary between €32,000 – €42,000 gross/year
