What you will do in this role

As a Senior Account Manager on our team, you will:

  • Bring in new customers for Cloud solutions.
  • Maximize Upsell and cross-sell opportunities by working with Sales Agents, Solution Specialists, customer teams and channel partners.
  • Actively monitor the pipeline, gather feedback and keep stakeholders informed of progress and support execution of closure plans.
  • Collaborate with local TCMs on pipeline management and partner introductions.
  • Where no TCMs exist, build an ecosystem of top solutions in the region and connect with customers to drive growth in customer acquisition, consumption and usage.
  • Present customer successes with evidence and partner capability and identify key opportunities to the Partner Management team for new partner development and recruitment.
  • Manage key performance indicators and pipeline performance.
  • Establish a foundation for how technology and services can meet customer and partner needs.

 

Your qualifications

  • Native or fluent in Flemish and English.
  • Have 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development.
  • Have experience working within a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment (preferred).
  • Have broad knowledge and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communication solutions.
  • Have knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy and compliance and how they affect cloud and hybrid solutions (pre).
  • Have Fundamentals certifications (required).
  • Have an understanding of cloud implementation and adoption planning.
  • Have experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communication solutions, migrations and technology management.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree (required), preferably in computer science, mathematics or engineering.
  • Have a proven track record of excellent performance and goal achievement.
  • Have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
