What to expect as a Senior Account Manager
- Achieve new customer deals for cloud solutions.
- Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents, Solution Specialists, customer teams and partners.
- Proactively monitor pipelines, gather feedback and update stakeholders on deals, and support execution plans.
- Collaborate with local TCMs to manage pipelines and partner introductions.
- Where there are no TCMs, connect customers to an ecosystem of leading solutions in your region.
- Present customer wins with evidence, gather feedback on partner capabilities, and work with Partner Management to develop or attract partners.
- Monitor key performance indicators and pipeline run rates.
- Establish a foundation for how technology and services can meet customer/partner needs.
Your qualifications

- Fluent Dutch (native or professional level) and English.
- Have 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development.
- Experience in a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment (preferred).
- Broad knowledge of end-user scenarios and technical architectures for productivity and communication solutions.
- Have knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy and compliance, and how these factors impact cloud and hybrid solutions (preferred).
- Have a Microsoft Fundamentals certification.
- Understands how cloud deployment and adoption planning works.
- Have experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communication solutions.
- Have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, mathematics or engineering.
- Have a proven track record of outstanding performance and goal achievement.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
