About the job
As part of the sales team in Lisbon, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of B2B clients. Your main tasks will include:
- Contacting new and existing business customers
- Advising on new sales options and their marketing
- Optimizing marketing packages for small and medium-sized companies
- Upselling services and products to existing customers
- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
You will be working in one of the world’s leading customer service outsourcing companies. The company is present in 81 countries, employs 330,000 people and operates in Portugal with 13,000 employees speaking 35 languages.
Your everyday life in Lisbon
After your arrival, you will receive four weeks of paid training to familiarize yourself with the systems and products. You will also live in furnished company accommodation with a private room. Here you will be accommodated together with other colleagues who also work for the company. Your accommodation includes all utilities and regular cleaning.
Due to the size of the company, you can expect many opportunities for further training and promotion. In addition, numerous leisure activities such as surfing courses, language courses and many other events are organized to keep your life in Lisbon varied. After successfully completing your first year, you will also receive certification from Google.

What do you need?
- Fluency in German (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of English
- Interest in digital marketing
- Willingness to live and work in Lisbon for at least six months
