What is Your Daily Life Like?
- Sales Support: Assist customers via inbound phone and chat to help them find the products they need and complete sales
- Service Support: Provide after-sales assistance through phone and email, handling complaints and resolving issues
- Cross-Skilled Tasks: Be prepared to handle various customer service scenarios as requested by the client
- Positive Language: Utilize positive language to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to KPIs such as Customer Satisfaction (TMS), Booked Call Rate (BCR), and First Call Resolution (FCR)
