We’re looking for someone with service and customer care experience. You should be independent, motivated and willing to do your very best every day. For the first four weeks, you will receive thorough training in product knowledge, customer service, technology and invoice processing. After that, you’ll help Norwegian customers by phone, email and chat. Working in customer service means varied tasks – you’ll always have new cases to solve and customers to help, which requires solution orientation and a positive attitude.

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Work tasks
- Answer customers’ questions via phone, email and chat
- Handle complaints with patience and empathy
- Resolve technical issues efficiently
- Recording and documenting customer contacts and actions
