Your Profile

  • Proficiency in Norwegian (written and spoken)
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to guide customers through complex procedures
  • Confident, adaptable, and empathetic
  • Positive and flexible attitude
  • Good stamina in dealing with frustrated customers
  • Organized and methodological thinker
  • Basic skills in working with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar
  • Self-sufficient and confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity, systems, and devices
  • Android users preferred
  • Proficiency in PC usage

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide Norwegian-speaking inbound customer service to clients
  • Handle customer inquiries related to POS devices
  • Guide customers through technical troubleshooting steps for connectivity, device, or system issues
  • Advise customers on how to get the most out of their POS devices
  • Assist customers in configuring their devices
  • Educate customers on alternative configurations and solutions
  • Support customers in successful payment execution and understanding root causes of issues
