About the job
As a customer service representative at Insulet, you will be a crucial link for diabetic patients using the innovative insulin pod. This device ensures that insulin is administered automatically throughout the day. Your role? To support customers in using this device, solve problems and make sure everything runs smoothly.
What are your daily tasks?
- Answering questions over the phone and email and speaking to customers with a smile.
- Provide technical support on using the Omnipod and quickly provide solutions.
- Arrange orders and ensure all products are shipped on time.
- Manage administration, such as accurately storing patient data.

What you need.
- You speak and write fluent Dutch or Flemish.
- You have a good command of English.
- You are at least 18 years old and available for at least 6-12 months.

- Flexibility: you are willing to work alternating shifts.
