If you speak Dutch, have a passion for providing excellent customer service, function well in a dynamic working environment and really enjoy connecting with people, then this role is for you! In this role, you will become an integral part of the Dutch-speaking support team for one of our clients in the telecoms industry. This position offers the opportunity to work in Valencia, for 32-39 hours per week.

Main responsibilities:

  • You will be a key link between the client and the organisation.
  • You will be in contact with customers both by phone and e-mail.
  • You will be solution-oriented in serving the customer to solve complex issues.
  • You will ensure correct administrative and technical handling and follow-up of incoming questions and requests.

Your profile:

  • Native-level command of the Dutch language (both spoken and written) and a good command of the English language.
  • A professional working and thinking level.
  • Experience in customer service is an extra, but not a must.
  • Good communication skills to communicate confidently with customers.
  • You are a problem-solving expert, ready to address customer queries and solve problems efficiently.
  • Multitasking and attention to detail is your thing, especially in a dynamic environment. – You are comfortable with computer systems and various software applications.
  • You have the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays if required.
  • You like the dynamics of your work.
  • Customer focus and empathy are your strengths.
  • Excelling both independently and as part of a team comes naturally to you.
