As a Junior Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our players via live chat, email, and phone – offering outstanding service in Swedish and English.

📢 Explain products, site features, policies, promotions, and more
📝 Update customer account details as needed
🛡 Assist with Safer Gambling guidance and support
🤝 Collaborate with our Fraud and Payments team
🚨 Understand and act on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements
