🏨 About the Job
We are seeking enthusiastic German-speaking professionals to support customer operations for a major hospitality brand that operates more than 865 hotels across 17 countries. You will be the voice of the brand, ensuring smooth and friendly support via phone and email for the German-speaking market. Occasionally, you may also support the UK market in English.
What is your daily life like?

Provide expert assistance to customers making hotel reservations

Manage inquiries related to prices, hotel details, bookings, and payment conditions

Convert calls and emails into bookings using engaging sales techniques

Handle loyalty program questions and customer account details

Ensure excellent service using company tools and databases

Collaborate with your team to enhance performance and guest satisfaction

Work shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday, on a rotational basis
You will begin with a 6-day training in English (fully paid upon completion), which includes software onboarding, customer communication techniques, and product knowledge sessions.
