🛫 About the job

In this role, you will be the voice of Air France for German-speaking passengers needing support with flight and baggage issues. Your work will involve providing outstanding service via phone and email, ensuring travelers receive the help and compensation they deserve.

🧭 What is your daily life like?

  • Handle inbound calls about baggage issues such as delays, damage, and loss.

  • Manage customer care claims related to flight delays, cancellations, airport incidents, and onboard problems.

  • Analyze cases and decide whether to offer compensation based on policies and available information.

  • Work with tools like BagStory, Icare, Salesforce, ASK, and other CRM systems.

  • Work in rotating shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., including approximately 2 weekends per month.

  • Receive paid training to prepare you for success
