About the Job

As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll handle an average of 20 inbound calls per day from customers experiencing technical issues with their mobile devices, computers, or customer accounts. Your primary goal is to assist our community by resolving inquiries empathetically, accurately, and on time. The most common issues you’ll address include battery performance, account management, hardware service arrangements, device updates, data migration, audio and network issues, and account billing problems.

What is your daily life like?

Technical Support: Assist customers with battery performance, account management, hardware issues, device updates, data migration, audio and network issues, and account billing issues.
Problem Resolution: Use your advanced PC knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Familiarity with MacOS and iOS is a plus.
Customer Interaction: Provide empathetic, accurate, and timely support. Maintain high standards of communication and problem-solving.
Data Management: Accurately document customer interactions and solutions.
