Our client, a global customer experience leader, is hiring Italian-speaking Sales Support Advisors to join a major multinational project. You’ll be supporting top-tier brands across industries like tech, e-commerce, finance, telecom, and more.
You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Portugal, or from a modern office in Lisbon, your choice!

🔍 What You’ll Do

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Support customers with orders, deliveries, warranties, and returns

Log cases and update CRM systems

Recommend relevant products and services to drive satisfaction and sales

Meet performance goals tied to KPIs and customer experience

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases

Ensure every customer journey is smooth and positive
✅ What You’ll Need

Fluent Italian (C2 level) and good English (B2 level)

Experience in customer service, sales, or support roles (a plus!)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable using digital tools and CRM platforms

Motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented

Able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required

Must be based in Portugal (remote work allowed within country)
