đź’Ľ Your Role

Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, or chat

Assist Italian-speaking customers with product questions and troubleshooting

Offer clear, accurate solutions and spot relevant sales opportunities

Maintain high service levels and follow quality standards and KPIs

Collaborate with your team to continuously improve the customer experience

Work rotational shifts between 07:00 and 17:00, Monday to Saturday
(Sunday and one rotating weekday off)
🎯 Your Profile

Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+)

Previous experience in customer service is a plus

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused, adaptable, and eager to learn
