What you will do in this role

As an Inside Sales Representative on our team, you will:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers and decision makers within target companies
  • Focus on increasing profitability through proactive management
  • Track, manage and report ongoing activities in the sales pipeline
  • Assess customer satisfaction levels
  • Communicate customer feedback to appropriate parties for follow-up on potential leads
  • Prepare commercial and technical quotes and ensure they are both technically and commercially strong
  • Respond and provide solutions to incoming calls from customers or partners regarding customer questions and requests

  • Fluent or bilingual Dutch and have an advanced level of English
  • Have a solid sales background and experience in B2B sales
