About the Job

Join a high-energy team revolutionizing how industrial machinery is bought and sold across Germany, France, and the Netherlands. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, driving medium-ticket sales and delivering innovative solutions through this unique marketplace.

You’ll work closely with the CEO, CPO, and a team of six dedicated professionals, collaborating to refine sales strategies, educate clients, and foster long-term relationships. Equipped with advanced tools like HubSpot, you’ll manage the entire sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing deals—making a tangible impact on the company’s growth.

What Is Your Daily Life Like?

  • Lead Management: Filter and qualify a wide variety of inbound inquiries, ensuring high-quality leads are nurtured effectively.
  • Sales Conversion: Drive deals from initial contact to closure, achieving a 4% conversion rate on medium-ticket sales.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the CEO and CPO to fine-tune sales strategies and execute them with precision.
  • Client Education: Introduce clients to the marketplace’s benefits and provide tailored solutions.
  • CRM Mastery: Utilize HubSpot to track progress, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.

Sales Cycle: Approximately 3 days per deal.
Languages: Native Spanish is essential, with professional English and German skills required. Portuguese is a plus!
