As a Hotel Reservations and Sales Specialist for IHG, you will provide exceptional customer service by handling phone reservations and customer contacts. You will be responsible for matching IHG products with guest needs to ensure a seamless customer experience and assisting guests with travel inquiries. This role also emphasizes continuous personal and team improvement and contributes to team motivation and goal achievement.

What do you need?
- Fluent in German and English
- High school diploma or higher (preferred)
- Experience in the hotel/travel industry (desirable)
- Call center experience, ideally in sales and/or customer service
- Strong communication skills and social intelligence
- Adept at web navigation and adaptable to technological changes
