About the Job:
As a customer advisor, your main responsibilities will involve providing support for customers via phone, email, and chat. You will help customers with their insulin pumps, guide them in using related apps, and resolve any technical or product-related queries. You will work closely with a variety of departments and ensure that customer issues are handled with empathy and professionalism.
What is your daily life like?
You will start your journey with an intensive training program, equipping you with the necessary skills to perform effectively in your role. Your tasks will include:
- Providing technical assistance and product information for insulin pumps.
- Offering guidance on connecting insulin pumps with smartphone apps.
- Troubleshooting customer inquiries and documenting them in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with the support team to resolve complex customer issues.
- Managing customer complaints in accordance with company policies.
- Proactively reaching out to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining and updating the customer database.
Training and Compensation:
Your training period will be approximately four weeks, where you’ll be fully integrated into the team and familiarized with the product and systems. During this training, you’ll be paid a weekly allowance of €213.60.
The position includes a salary package with a gross monthly salary starting at €1,109.61, depending on your experience and housing preferences. In addition to your base salary, you’ll also receive a meal allowance, performance-based bonuses, and holiday pay.
Working Conditions:
- Work hours: The project operates 24/7, including weekend shifts, with a flexible schedule across 160 hours per month.
- Your shift will typically consist of 8-hour workdays, including one hour for breaks.
- The work contract includes full Portuguese labor rights, including 22 vacation days annually.
- Public holidays are based on the Portuguese calendar.
Relocation and Accommodation:
For international applicants, assistance will be provided to help you settle in Lisbon. This includes airport pickup, accommodation (if needed), Portuguese language courses, and various social activities like water sports and trekking.
