About the position
Your day-to-day role involves interacting directly with Airbnb’s diverse customer base, responding to their requests and ensuring a seamless travel experience. As the first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for handling and resolving customer issues through a variety of communication channels, including phone, messaging and chat. Your day-to-day tasks include resolving issues, providing information and maintaining the security of customer data on Airbnb’s systems.
