Neon also offers custom designs, working hand-in-hand with art advisors and designers to bring their clients’ visions to life. As an Account Manager, your role will be pivotal in ensuring that Neon’s customers receive the highest level of service and that their artistic needs are met with excellence.
What is your daily life like?
In this role, your day will be filled with exciting interactions and responsibilities:
- Sales Advisory: You will interpret client briefs, request quotations, negotiate on various aspects including quality, price, and delivery terms, and place orders. Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of these orders will be crucial.
- Customer Interaction: Your primary responsibility will be to ensure first-call resolution for clients, offering guidance and resolving any issues that may arise. Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction will be at the forefront of your daily tasks.
- Administrative Support: You’ll manage orders through the purchasing software system, handle invoicing, and ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly.

What do you need?
- Language Skills: Native French speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Education: Secondary education, MBO4, or HBO.
- Experience: Knowledge of purchasing processes and project management software (like Monday) is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, and other software systems.
- Personal Traits: You should be responsible, reliable, and able to handle stress while maintaining a positive attitude.
