As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the friendly voice helping customers by email, chat, or phone. You’ll be the one to put a smile on customer’s faces – all from sunny Portugal!
Some of your responsibilities:
- Help solve problems and find the right solutions.
- Update customer information in the system.
- Follow up on open cases to make sure everything is resolved.
- Work together with other teams when needed.
- Keep track of common questions to help improve service.
- Stay up to date with product or service changes.
Don’t worry if you’ve never done this before, you’ll be taught everything you need to know during your fully paid and remote training. Additionally, you’ll have clear guidelines to follow, helpful tools, and a supportive team behind you. You’ll learn how to turn small problems into positive experiences.

What do you get?

What is required?
- Fluency in Danish.
- You should be comfortable having conversations in English and writing clear messages.
- You already live in or around Lisbon, Porto or the Algarve.
- You’re flexible and comfortable working in shifts.
- You can come to the office once every three months.
- You have a quiet workspace with a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- At least a high school diploma.
- You’re at least 18 years old.
- You’re available for 6 – 12 months.
- A valid passport or ID card from an EU country, or a valid work permit for Portugal.
