Luminus Belgium is seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Client Advisor to join our vibrant team in Sofia, Bulgaria. If you are motivated by sales, excel in customer orientation, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, signing contracts, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
What is your daily life like?
- Start your day by reviewing your call list from the Luminus database.
- Make outbound calls to both cold and warm leads, presenting Luminus products and services.
- Engage prospects, compare tariffs, and persuade them to choose Luminus.
- Facilitate digital contract signing and conduct follow-up Happy Calls.
- Propose additional products and maintain strong client relationships.
- Attend ongoing training sessions to enhance your sales skills.

What do you need?
- Education: Secondary Education
- Languages: Dutch (preferably Flemish), English communication level
- Skills: Basic MS Office, SalesForce experience is a plus
