Your Profile
- You are a native or fluent Dutch speaker with a good level of English.
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy speaking with customers.
- You are empathetic, customer-oriented, and solution-driven.
- You feel confident working with outbound calls, email, and chat.
- You enjoy international environments and working towards quality and performance goals.
- Previous experience in customer support, sales, reactivation, or contact center roles is a plus.
Your Responsibilities
- Contact former customers through outbound reactivation calls.
- Understand customer needs and help them return to the service.
- Answer questions related to plans, deliveries, subscription flexibility, and available options.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate support via phone, email, and chat.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience and effective problem resolution.
- Contribute to service quality and operational targets for the Dutch market.
Benefits
- Full-time role in Lisbon.
- Paid training for 6 working days, 8 hours per day.
- Training compensation of €42.72 per day, for a total of €256.32 after successful completion.
- 40-hour workweek on a rotational schedule.
- Working hours from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 21:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 15:00.
- Portuguese employment contract.
- 22 vacation days per year.
- Holiday and Christmas allowances paid monthly.
- Meal allowance of €7 per working day.

- Monthly gross compensation up to €1,663.32 with accommodation included.
