With more than 22,000 employees across 30+ locations, you’ll become part of a multicultural team where diversity, career progression, and employee wellbeing are priorities.
As an Online Croupier, you’ll host live casino games broadcast across the globe. Your personality and performance will engage Dutch-speaking players in real time. Don’t worry if you’re new to this—your journey starts with a fully paid two-week training Academy, teaching you everything you need to succeed: from gaming protocols and rules to live camera performance.
This opportunity is ideal for someone open to a new lifestyle, enjoys teamwork, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll rotate between morning, afternoon, and night shifts, delivering quality entertainment while following clear procedures that keep gameplay fair and fun.
What is your daily life like?
As a Dutch-speaking Online Croupier, no two days are the same. Your workday begins at one of Malta’s cutting-edge broadcasting studios, where you’ll get camera-ready and briefed before going live. You’ll host iconic casino games like roulette, blackjack, and baccarat—engaging with players in real time, keeping the game pace smooth, and creating a fun and professional atmosphere.
You’ll be working in shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), and for those late-night hours, a taxi service is provided to make sure you get home safely. You’ll be surrounded by fellow international colleagues, working as part of a supportive and lively team.
During your first few weeks, you’ll stay in company-provided shared housing, giving you the time and space to settle in, explore your surroundings, and build new friendships. When off shift, you’re free to soak in Malta’s vibrant life—from beach bars to historical landmarks.
Your role is part performance, part responsibility. You’ll be expected to maintain a professional image, stick to studio dress codes (including no visible tattoos on hands or neck), and adhere to gaming regulations.
Relocation support includes flight reimbursement, guidance through setup, and assistance with your first steps on the island. But for your own comfort, a €2,500 savings recommendation is in place to ensure a smooth transition.
🌆 Nightlife and Gastronomy
Malta is more than just a workplace—it’s a lifestyle. The nightlife is legendary: from beach clubs in St. Julian’s to open-air parties in Valletta, you’ll find buzzing venues that cater to locals and expats alike. After work, you can unwind with a sunset aperitivo, savor seafood platters, or try Maltese specialties like rabbit stew or pastizzi. With a booming café culture and endless bars and restaurants, your off-hours will be just as exciting as your workdays.

For history lovers, Malta is a goldmine. This small island boasts 7,000 years of history, with UNESCO World Heritage Sites like the Megalithic Temples and the ancient city of Mdina. Stroll the cobblestone streets of Valletta or explore Roman catacombs, medieval castles, and Baroque churches. Cultural festivals, live performances, and vibrant traditions mean there’s always something new to experience.
