About the job

As a Customer Service Representative for Viaplay, your responsibilities include:

  • Account support: Guide users through account registration, login issues, and subscription management.
  • Streaming support: Assist customers with troubleshooting streaming issues such as quality, buffering, and playback problems.
  • Device support: Help users with device compatibility, app installation, and device settings.
  • Billing and payments: Assist with updating payment methods, resolving billing issues, and handling subscription pauses or cancellations.
  • Feedback: Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve Viaplay’s services.

 

What is your daily life like?

Your day will involve managing customer queries through various channels—voice, email, chat, and social media. You will ensure efficient and high-quality responses to provide a positive experience for Viaplay users. You’ll be part of a supportive team, and enjoy comprehensive training to familiarize you with Viaplay’s services, systems, and customer service best practices.   • Availability to work on a rotating shift basis (Monday to Friday).

Benefits:

  • Salary: €1.298 per month.
  • Holiday and Christmas bonuses: Paid monthly as a percentage of the base salary.
