About the Job

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing customer queries through various communication channels like phone and email. You’ll ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing their inquiries, resolving order-related issues, processing returns, and troubleshooting. You’ll also help customers stay informed about the latest offers and promotions, and provide assistance with common questions such as “Where is my order?” and “How can I get a refund?”

In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic, multilingual team that supports Pandora’s eCommerce operations across different regions. Your main focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, upholding the company’s reputation for excellence, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the brand’s elegance and sophistication.

 

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer requests and complaints efficiently, through channels such as phone and email.
  • Assist with various inquiries, including order status, returns, refunds, and general information about products.
  • Provide excellent customer support regarding order upselling and promotion details.
  • Process fraud orders, troubleshoot issues, and manage returns as needed.
  • Stay updated on new Pandora offers and promotions, providing customers with the latest information.
  • Uphold the company’s strong reputation for quality and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
