About the Job
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the go-to point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients using the social media platform’s advertising services. You will support businesses in improving their online presence and marketing strategies. By providing excellent customer service through multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat, you’ll help resolve issues and provide guidance on the company’s tools and services.
