Delagroup is recruiting Customer Support Agents for one of its clients located in the northern region of Portugal (Porto).
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Proficiency in English at C1 or C2 level (eliminatory requirement)
- Native or C2 level proficiency in Dutch,(requirement)
- Experience in customer support, particularly in handling inbound calls, responding to customers via email, and providing real-time chat support (preferred requirement)
- Computer literacy from a user’s perspective
- Interest in customer service
- Clear and assertive communication skills
What will the candidate get:
- The employment contract is made directly with our client.
- Base salary: €820 | Language Allowance: €350 | Additional Allowance: €570 | Meal Allowance: €6.41/day
- If the candidate does not reside in the country, relocation is possible (1 month of free accommodation, flight ticket, and 1 month of public transport included).
- Working hours: Rotating shifts and days off.
- Work model: Hybrid – Initial training and first few months on-site at the client’s office in Porto, followed by the possibility of hybrid working.
