What is Your Daily Life Like?
As a Customer Care Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Technical Support: Assisting customers with battery performance, account management, hardware issues, device updates, data migration, audio and network issues, and account billing issues.
- Problem Resolution: Using your advanced PC knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Familiarity with macOS and iOS is a plus.
- Customer Interaction: Providing empathetic, accurate, and timely support. Maintaining high standards of communication and problem-solving.
- Data Management: Accurately documenting customer interactions and solutions.

What Do You Need?
- Fluent in Czech with good English skills (B2 level)
- Advanced PC knowledge
- Typing speed of at least 20 wpm with 80% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with macOS and iOS is a plus
- Empathetic, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
