At ALPY, we help thousands of customers plan their ski holidays — and you’re the hero who makes sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s answering questions, solving booking hiccups, or just giving reassurance, you’re the voice they’ll remember (and thank!).
Your day-to-day:

Be the first point of contact for customers (email, phone, and chat).

Handle calls and emails from customers and suppliers like a pro — friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Aim for quick, clear, and kind responses — our customers appreciate speed and empathy.

Be a team player: we care as much about team spirit as we do about KPIs (maybe even more).
Working hours:

10:00–18:00, Monday to Sunday

5 working days per week (max. 2 weekends/month)

Option to work from home on weekends and public holidays

Rotas are planned in advance, no last-minute chaos

Contract until April 15 (just in time for spring skiing!)

Requirements for the employee:
Education:
We’re flexible — whether you’ve finished school, university, or something in between, your mindset matters more than your diploma.
Language skills:

German – Advanced (C1)

English – Upper intermediate (B2)
(French is a plus but not required.)
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Speak German fluently and can hold a solid conversation in English

Enjoy helping people and solving problems

Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball

Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with others

Know your way around a computer (Zendesk, Microsoft Office, or similar tools)

Bonus: Experience in customer service, travel, or e-commerce — but we’ll show you the ropes if you’re new!

Salary: 1600 brutto + very competitive monthly bonuses
