Who We’re Looking For:
You’ll be a good fit if you:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Are fluent in Danish (spoken and written) and have good English skills
- Have basic computer literacy
- Are service-oriented, professional, and thorough—able to handle stress and solve problems with focus and responsibility
- Are flexible and available, and ready to commit to at least 12 months of work in Crete
Your Role:
- Provide customer support via incoming calls, emails, and chats
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to orders, delivery, payments, and complaints, swiftly and effectively—even complex cases
- Work 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday from 08:00 to 20:00, and weekends from 11:00 to 19:00
- No upselling involved—just focus on solving customer needs
- Performance is tracked based on metrics like talk time and customer satisfaction
