About the Job
As a Customer Service Representative for bol.com, you’ll be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries related to product availability, orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds using a multichannel approach, including voice, email, and social media. You’ll be working remotely from Greece, allowing you to explore the beauty of the country while advancing your career.
What is your daily life like?
Your day-to-day tasks will involve identifying and resolving customer needs, providing solutions to their concerns, and ensuring they have a positive experience with bol.com. You will work closely with an international team and be expected to maintain excellent communication standards. Although previous experience in a contact center is a plus, your primary asset will be your fluency in Dutch and English, combined with a customer-oriented mindset.
