💼 Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

Attending calls and responding to emails from clients and dealerships

Following up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved

Making reminder calls and following up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction

Updating databases, drafting reports, and creating summaries
✅ We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has a C1 level of English and is fluent in Dutch, German, or Swedish
-
Is preferably available full-time
-
Is open to working on-site for the first 5–6 months, then transitioning into a 50% hybrid model

Can work from our office at: C. de Albasanz, 15, San Blas-Canillejas, 28037 Madrid
