What will you do.
As a customer service representative, you will be the point of contact for customers. You will help them with questions, problems and ensure an excellent experience. No experience? No problem! We offer extensive training to get you all set up.
Your duties:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve problems and provide the best service.
- Provide customers with clear and complete information.
- Build a positive customer relationship.

Who are we looking for?
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English (B2).
- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not necessary.
